Plenty of contemporary literature (Eco, Morrison, Hoeg, Calvino, Ellis), SciFi and Fantasy (Herbert, Card, Stephenson, both V. and J. Vinge, Eddings), classics (Tolstoy, Mann, Andric, Borhes), poetry (Paz, Prever, Dylan, Carroll). And don't worry, you are not supposed to recognize all of these... I'm just showing off a bit. But if you do, more power to you. 

I really like books, I have a nice personal library, books are a significant part of my life, my credit card bills, my time. And after often being surrounded by people for whom reading means glancing over the funnies in the Sunday paper, I realized how important literature is to me and how much I like opportunities to share it with people.
